同源四倍体茄子多亲本轮回选择C5代遗传变异性的分析

摘  要:

同源四倍体茄子C5代植株高度变异,不同株系及同一株系不同植株间的差异均达到极显著水平,综合分析,其广义遗传率h2B=99.05%±0.23%,遗传变异系数GCV=17.33%。植株开张度(植幅)的广义遗传率h2B=94.05%±1.45%,GCV=59.00%。供试的12个株系均存在果实畸形僵化现象,平均畸僵果率45.27%,畸僵果率的h2B=89.90%±9.42%,GCV=68.68%。果实的畸形僵化与植株较高的结果能力表现为互斥连锁遗传,12个株系的平均交换率为39.35%。果实全部畸形僵化的植株占8.52%,平均单株结果数11.45个;无畸形僵果植株占25.34%,平均单株结果数8.044个。对6个株系正常结果植株数及单株结果数进行遗传分析,株系间h2B=61.95%,GCV=10.60%,株系内植株间h2B=80.77%,GCV=20.05%,株系间和系内植株间综合分析,h2B=74.45%±11.51%,GCV=22.68%,在5%的选择强度下,选择响应GS=3.6367,相对遗传进度40.32%。植株结果能力的选择,应以系内优良单株的选择为主,且选择强度不宜过大。试验数据采用组内单一观察值观察数目相等和观察数目不等的两向分组资料的方差与遗传分析方法,该方法对简化试验设计和田间观察数据的处理带来了一定的方便,其分析结果也较为全面可靠。[著者文摘]

The Genetic Variation Analysis of Autotetrpolid Eggplant's C5 Generation from Multiparent Recurrent Cross Selection

Abstract:

The plant height of the C5 generation of the autotetraploid eggplant changes greatly in different lines and in the different plants within the same line. According to comprehensive analysis, the broad genetic rate: hB^2 is 99.05%±0.23%, the genetic variation rate :GCV is 17.33%. The genetic rate of plant breadth: hB^2 is 94.05±1.45% G,CVis 59.00%. Abnormal phenomenon was found in fruits of 12 samples for trial, and the abnormal rate is 45.27%, the genetic rate of the deformity is 89.90±9.42%, G,CVis 68.68%. The deformity of fruits and fruiting rate of higher plants shows mutually exclusive chain-reacting; the average commutative rate of the 12 samples is 39.35%. The deformity rate is about 8.52%, it has 11.45 fruits averagely per plant; the normal plants without abnormal fruits cover 25.34%, for per plant it has 8. 044 fruits. Genetically analyze the fruits numbers of the six lines and fruiting number per plant we can get:h~ is 61.95~ and G,CVis 10.60~. In the plants of the same line, hB^2=80.77%, G,CV=20.05%,and synthetically analyze to the plants in same lifle and in different lines, we can get :hB^2=74.45%11.51%, GCV=22.6%, under the 50/40 selection intensity , selection response is:GS =3. 8586, the relative genetic rate of progress is 47. 97%. In breeding work of the autotetraploid eggplant, especially in the lower generations, we should think much of the both line selection and fine single plants selection.[著者文摘]
