摘 要:
细菌E1R-J是一株对小麦全蚀病、小麦白粉病和小麦条锈病有拮抗作用的小麦内生芽孢杆菌,笔者对其产菌的发酵培养条件进行了初步研究。发酵培养基为酵母粉0.6%,蛋白胨0.6%,NaCl0.3%,K2HPO40.02%。最佳发酵条件为pH4.5~9.0,菌株都可以生长,转速150r/min,温度34℃,种子液的接种量为2%,通气量是空气与培养基的比例2:5,最佳种子液菌龄是20~34h,作为生防用菌最佳菌龄为48~73h。在以上条件下,细菌的发酵产量最大,细菌浓度为5.2×10^7cfu/mL左右。[著者文摘]

Optimizing of Fermentation Conditions of Endophytic Bacteria E1R-J

Abstract:
The endophytic bacteria EIR-J is isolated from the root of winter wheat, which has the better effect to take-all, powdery mildew and rust of wheat. And that the optimizing of the fermentation conditions showed that the optimum media is that made of peptone 0.6%, yeast exact 0.6%, NaCl 0.3%, K2HPO4 0.02% with initial pH 4.5-9.0, culturing at 34℃, 150 r/min, and inoculation of seeds culture with 2℃, in 100 mL LB of 250 mL flask, the time of seeds culture is 20-34 h, and the time of fermentation for biocontrol is 48-73 h.
