在按照GB/T4789-2003《食品卫生微生物学检验》对冷冻饮品进行检验分析时,注意到了影响结果准确性的几个问题,同时发现卫生标准的微生物指标存在一些缺陷,影响到检验结果的准确性。对这些问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出了修改建议。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Several problems affecting the accuracy of results and some defects in microbe indexes of food hygiene standard were found when carrying out the examination and inspection of frozen drinks according to "Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene" (GB/T4789-2003).
