摘 要:
采用专家打分，确定“权重”大小，进行项目综合评估是常用的一种方法。然而实际应用时，由于数据信息量相对少，常会出现不易掌握的问题。为此，作者以奶牛养殖小区适度发展规模评价指标体系为实例。推荐一种称之为方根法的近似算法来确定“权重”。即通过层次分析法，构造判断矩阵，利用层次一致性检验方法，不断修正“权重”，直到判断矩阵具有满意的一致性为止。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Using expert＇s scoring to determine ＂weight＂ is a common method to comprehensively assess the project. In application, a small amount of information may be difficult to grasp the problem. As an example of an appropriate development scale evaluation system in a cows breeding area, the author recommended a algorithm of root method to approximately determine ＂weight＂. In other words, using analytic hierarchy process（AHP）, structuring judgment matrix, utilizing consistency test of level to incessantly amend ＂weight＂ until the judgment matrix is satisfied with the consistency.[著者文摘]
