摘 要:
本文研究了不同动物血清补体水平及其补体C3含量的差异。采取成年鸡、猪、羊、牛、豚鼠五种动物的新鲜血清,测定其补体总活性;生化合成C3α链N端21肽,免疫家兔,制备抗鸡C3抗体,用来测定不同动物血清中C3含量。结果表明,抗鸡C3抗体能够与各种哺乳动物血清中的补体C3发生特异性反应,可以用来测定各种动物血清中的C3含量,测定结果为:鸡血清中的C3含量为0.34±0.005mg/mL、猪1.47士0.008mg/mL、山羊1.70士0.005mg/mL、牛1.78士0.007mg/mL、豚鼠4.18±0.008mg/mL,其中鸡血清中补体总活性和C3含量都远远低于哺乳动物,差异极显著(P〈0.01).[著者文摘]

Comparion of Complement Activity and C3 Content of Chicken and Mammals

Abstract:
The article studied the complement level content and the C3 content of different animals. Take the fresh serum from the adult chicken, pig, cattle ,goat and the guinea pig to estimate the total complement activity. The 21-peptide of the chicken's C3 was synthesized to produce the anti-C3 antibody to estimate the C3 content of different animals. It showed that the anti-C3 of the chicken can react specially with the serum complement C3 of many mammals, It can be used to assay the C3 content of any animals. The results are chicken 0.34±0. 005mg/mL,pig 1. 47±0. 008mg/mL,goatl. 70±0. 005mg/mL,cattlel. 78±0.007mg/mL and guinea 4. 18±0.008mg/mL. The total activity of the complement and the C3 content for chicken were all lower to that of the mammals (p〈0.01).[著者文摘]
