摘 要:
通过给小鼠灌胃ZnSO4，观察了15mg／kg、30mg／kg和60mg／kg剂量的锌被应用后对小鼠血清中细胞因子IL-2、IL-6和TNF—α水平的影响，结果表明，锌能明显升高正常小鼠血清中的IL-2及TNF—α水平，且呈剂量依赖关系；而对IL-6则有显著的降低作用，即呈负相关性。该结果提示，微量元素锌对细胞因子水平有显著的调控作用。[著者文摘]

Effect of Zn on Levels of IL-2,IL- 6 and TNF-αin Murine Serum

Abstract:
Changes of levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in sera of mice were observed after the mice were treated with different doses of Zn of 15 mg/kg, 30mg/kg and 60mg/kg respectively. The results showed that Zn had functions to increase the level of IL-2 in a dose dependent manner and raised the level of TNF- α significantly,the level of IL-6 and to the contrary. The results showed that Zn can enhance immune functions and adjust the levels of Cytokines in mice.[著者文摘]
