紫坪铺水利枢纽洪水资源化研究

摘 要:
我国属于水资源短缺的国家,除需大力开展节水工作外,还需改变传统的使洪水“入海为安”的理念,在确保水库安全的前提下,使尽可能多的洪水转变为可以利用的水资源,即洪水资源化,是大有可为的。本文叙述了四川紫坪铺水利枢纽洪水资源化的研究,结果显示,基于随机水力学的漫坝风险分析所提出的汛限水位动态控制的建议,可使紫坪铺水利枢纽获得8330-9781万^m3的洪水资源。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
China is one of the countries with poor water resources. Besides the powerful action in water saving, it is necessary to change the traditional idea of transferring fiver flood rapidly into sea. Under the assurance of reservoir safety, fiver flood should be transferred to utilizable water resources as much as possible. By risk analysis of stochastic hydraulics, the quantity of flood resources acquired beneficially by Zipingpu key water-control project is 8.33× 10^7 to 9.78 × 10^7m^3 .[著者文摘]
