摘 要:
用数值方法计算了加导叶轴流泵的水动力特性。在质量守恒定理和动量守恒定理的基础上建立不可压缩流体的积分方程,以SIMPLE为基本算法,结合速度修正方程和压力修正方程,求解轴流泵的内部速度场和压力场,采用基于二方程雷诺数时均方程方法研究轴流泵的湍流模型。用数值方法建立轴流泵的三维数学模型,用混合网格布置方法提高计算精度。分析了不同流量下加导叶轴流泵器的流量和扬程、功率和效率的关系;研究了导叶对轴流泵水动力性能的影响。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The hydrodynamic characteristics of axial waterjet pump with guide vane is calculated by using numeical method. Based on the laws of conservation of mass and conservation of momentum, the integral equation of incompressible flow is established. The SIMPLE(semi-implicit method for pressure-linked equations) is Used as the basic calculating method, combined with the velocity-modified equation and the pressure-modified equation, the inner velocity field and pressure field of axial waterjet pump are obtained. Turbulent model of axial waterjet pump is studied by using RANS (Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes) numbers. Three dimensional model of axial waterjet pump is established by using numerical method and the composite grid distribution method is used to improve the calculating precision. Relationship between discharge and head, power, efficiency of axial waterjet pump with guide vane is analyzed. The influence of guide vane on hydrodynamic characteristics of axial waterjet pump is studied.[著者文摘]
