现代管理理论认为企业文化是现代企业管理的最高境界，它对企业经营起巨大的推动作用。民营企业要实现可持续发展，必须重视企业文化建设。本文将熵理论引入到民营企业文化系统中，并在此基础上提出相应措施，以促进民营企业文化系统有序发展和增强企业竞争力。[著者文摘]
