摘 要:
以学分制的普遍试行为特征,我国高校的宏观教学管理模式已发生了重大的变化,但基层教学管理仍维持原有的传统模式,造成了事实上的管理脱节。为了理顺关系,应通过管理重心下移,从体制、观念、人员、制度等方面入手,完善基层教学管理模式,使系、部等基层教学单位成为高校教学管理的主体。[著者文摘]
