CSP生产Ti微合金化高强耐候钢组织、应用性能与耐候性分析

摘 要:
针对在珠钢CSP线开发生产的屈服强度450MPa~700MPa级Ti微合金化高强和超高强耐候钢进行了组织与析出特征、力学性能、成形性能、焊接性能以及耐候性能等系列实验分析,证明了该类钢不仅具有高的强度和力学性能,同时具有良好的使用性能,为拓展其应用范围提供了依据。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
A series of experimental analysis such as microstructure, precipitation, mechanical properties, formability, weldability and weather resisting property have been conducted on Ti microalloyed high strength and ultra - high weathering steel with yield strength ranging from 450MPa to 700MPa produced by CSP process in Zhujiang Steels. It was shown that the mechanical properties and service performance of high strength steels proof to be excellent, which provide basis for expanding their utility.[著者文摘]
