摘 要:
利用手工定量金相的方法,测出SWRH82B盘条的索氏体含量,并利用SEM对其拉伸断口进行了观察。分析认为SWRH82B盘条索氏体含量偏低是造成其抗拉强度Rm偏低的主要原因,索氏体含量每增加1%,Rm约增加20MPa。由于非金属夹杂物的有效截面积远小于盘条的有效截面积,较大颗粒的非金属夹杂物对Rm的影响并不显著。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The sorbite content of SWRH82B wire rod was tested by hand work quantitative metallography, and the tensile fracture was analyzed by SEM. The analysis showed that the major casue of lower Rm of SWRH82B wire rod was lower sobite content, while the sobite content increase 1%, as the Rm about adding 20MPa. The efeet of the larger non - metallic inclusions is inconspicuousness on Rm because the effective sectional area of non - metallic inclusions is less than wire rod's.[著者文摘]
