摘 要:
将基于机器视觉的表面缺陷检测仪应用于酸连轧生产线，能够大大提高生产效率。针对酸连轧机组的自身特点，从硬件和软件上对系统进行了合理的优化，解决了不易寻边的问题。实践证明，该系统检测效果良好，能够满足生产的需要。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Application of surface defect detection device based on machine vision in production line of si - steel may improve the working efficiency greatly. Against the characteristic of PL - TCM, the problem of edge tracking has been solved by rational optimization to the system from hardware and software.
