摘 要:
分析指出高镍铬离心复合铸造轧辊裂纹、剥落是失效的主要形式，对轧钢生产影响大。导致裂纹剥落的质量问题依次为结合不良、工作层组织成层状、组织不均匀、夹杂物、纯白口化。相应的应从原材料管理，铁水熔炼，离心铸造上采取控制措施。[著者文摘]
