摘 要:
当前，我国国土资源管理面临许多复杂的问题。比如，人多地少的国情，经济高速发展、城市化和工业化进程的加快对土地资源需求持续增长的不可避免，土地转移的增值收益分配不公导致贫富差距拉大等问题。坚持全面、协调可持续发展，统筹城乡协调发展，统筹区域协调发展，统筹经济与社会协调发展，加大土地的监察力度，推行政府问责等国土资源战略是解决目前我国国土资源问题的必由之路。[著者文摘]

Plight and Thinking on China＇s Land Resources Management

Abstract:
At present, Chinas land resources management is facing many complex problems. For example, the reality of more population but less land resources, rapid economic development and the process of urbanization and industrialization is accelerating and it is inevitable that the demand for land resources is continued growth, for the sake of unequal distribution of the land transfer increased interest , which has lead to the widening gap between rich and poor and so on. We should adhere to a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, coordinated urban and rural development, regional development, adhere to a coordinated development of economic and social, and intensify supervision over the land, implement the responsible government, such strategies are the ways to solve the existing problems of our land resources.[著者文摘]
