摘 要:
农民社会保障的水平过低、对农民社会保障重视不够、农民社会保障的法制建设和相关配套机制的改革不到住、现行制度缺乏一定的前瞻性和实际适应性等问题严重制约了农民社会保障的可持续发展。本文在对我国农民社会保障进行全面总结的基础上，就农民社会保障如何创新问题进行了有益探讨。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The level of farmer social guarantee is too low. The recognition extent to farmer social guarantee is not enough. The legal system construction and reform of the related necessary mechanism of farmer social guarantee don＇ t attain the appropriate place. Current system lacks the certain prospect and actual adaptability etc. which badly restricts the sustainable development of farmer society guarantee. This text being based on completely summarizing our country＇ s farmer social guarantee, helpfully studies how to carry on the innovation of farmer social guarantee.[著者文摘]
