摘 要:
利用乙醇沉淀法提取葡萄多糖。研究表明此法提取葡萄多糖的最佳条件为:温度90℃,时间2h,料液体积比1:2,次数为3。在提取液浓缩至原体积1/10的基础上用6倍体积的体积浓度95%乙醇进行沉淀。根据最佳提取工艺可使葡萄多糖的提取率达到99.9%。[著者文摘]

Studies on the extraction of Vitis L. polysaccharide by ethanol precipitation method

Abstract:
The Vifis L. polysaccharide has been extracted by ethanol precipitation method. This study shows that the best conditions of Vifis L. polysaccharide extraction are: temperature is 90℃, extraction period is 2 h, solid-liquid is 1 : 2, the number is 3.on the basis of concentrated extract of the original volume to 1/10, six times of the wolume of 95 % ethanol precipitated. According to the best extraction process, the extraction rate of the Vitis L. polysaccharide will be 99.9 %.[著者文摘]
