可持续发展是当前社会学、经济学、管理学、生态学等学科领域关注的焦点.公平和效率问题是实现区域可持续发展的两个基本的和核心的问题.本文概括了可持续发展的特征、公平和效率的基本内涵,分析了可持续发展与公平、可持续发展与效率的关系,提出要注重资源分配的公平性和效率性,从而更好地实现区域可持续发展.[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Sustainable development has become the common focal point among the fieids of sociology, economics, management, ecology et al. in the recent years. Equity and efficiency are the essential and core issues which should be concerned in achieving regional sustainable development. Summarized the characteristics of sustainable development and the meanings of equity and efficiency, the relations between sustainable development and efficiency, as well as between sustainable devalopment and equity, were be analyzed respectively. Then, it was brought forward that the equity and efficiency of resource allocation should be paid more attention for achieving region sustainable development further.[著者文摘]
