山楂精降脂胶囊中熊果酸的含量测定

摘 要:
目的 建立山楂精降脂胶囊熊果酸含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定山楂精降脂胶囊中熊果酸含量,色谱柱：Alltima C18（5u4.6mm×250mm）;流动相：乙腈-甲醇-水-乙酸铵（70：16：14：0.5）;检测波长：220nm.结果 熊果酸在1.7968μg～17.9680μg范围有良好线性关系;平均回收率为101.34%,RSD%=1.71%（n=6）.结论 该方法简便可行、重复性好,可作为山楂精降脂胶囊质量评价的依据.[著者文摘]

Abstract:
objective To establish a determinating method of ursolic acid in Sanzhajing Jiangzhi Capsules . Metonds The content of the urselic acid was detected with HPLC 2.20nm, Alhima C18（5u 4.6mm × 250mm）column, themobile phase was a mixed liquid with Acetonitrile - Methanol - water - Ammonium Acetate （70：16 ： 14 ： 0.5）. Result A good linearity of ursolic acid was in the rang1.7968μg- 17.9680/μg ,the average recoverg was101.34%, conclusions the method is rapid , sensitive and accurate. It can be use to control the quality of Sanzhajing Jiangzhi Capsules .[著者文摘]
