摘 要:
本实验采用微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法(简称MPT光谱法)测定潮州鱼腥草、芦根、铺地锦、溪黄草等十种草药中Zn、Cu、Mo、Ca、Pb、Mn、Co七种微量元素的含量,在样品处理过程中,采用了微波消解处理方法进行多元素的消解。在本实验的条件下,各金属元素的线性关系在0.000—9.000mg/L之间,检出限在0.0200—0.7600mg/L之间,精密度(RSD)在1.58—7.72%范围内,加标回收率在96.73%-122.14%范围内,结果满意。[著者文摘]

Determination of Trace Elements in Chaozhou herb by MPT -AES

Abstract:
This experiment uses the Microwave plasma torch - atomic emission spectrometry( called the MPT spectrographic methods) to determine the content of zinc.copper,molybdenum,calcium.lead.manganese and cobalt in ten kinds of Chaozhou herbal medicine such as yuxingcao,lugen.pudijin.xihuangcao and so on. The Microwave digestion is used to digest many dements during the process of sample preparation. Under this experimental condition, every metallic element has the linear relation with one another between 0. 000mg/L and 9. 000 mg/L, the detection limit between 0. 0200mg/L and 0. 7600mg/L, RSD between 1.58% and 7.72%, and the standard addition recovery between 96.73 % and 122. 14%.
