三类生境下脐橙果实膳食纤维的变化研究

摘  要:

以罗伯逊脐橙果实为试材,研究了四川三类不同生境下果实膳食纤维中的水溶性果胶(wSP)、原果胶(HP)、总果胶(TP)、水溶性膳食纤维(SDF)、水不溶性膳食纤维(IDF)、总膳食纤维(TDF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、纤维素(CEL)、半纤维素(HC)和酸性木质素(Lignin)11个指标的动态变化,首次应用灰色关联度方法分析了影响膳食纤维含量的主要生态因子。结果表明:(1)果实发育成熟过程中WSP逐渐升高,HP、TP和HC在果实膨大期含量最高,果实转色期下降,成熟时又上升;SDF、IDF、TDF、NDF和ADF花后100d前为上升期,以后逐渐下降;脐橙果实中CEL和Lignin的含量极低。(2)不同生境脐橙果实CEL、Lignin、HC、果胶和ADF含量差异显著。(3)年平均空气相对湿度和温度可能是影响不同生境脐橙果实CEL、HC、果胶和ADF的关键生态因子,年降水和年日照时数也有重要的作用;WSP与气温的月和旬均值显著负相关,ADF和NDF与月平均值的日照百分率、日照时数、平均气温和空气相对湿度显著正相关,与此4项的旬均值指标极显著正相关。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

This studying was investigated the dietary fibers content of WSP, HP, TP, SDF, IDF, TDF, NDF, ADF, CEL, HC and Lignin in Robertson Navel orange fruit. The dynamic changes of all above were come from in Mingshan County. The key eco - factors which affected the content of DF in three different habitats were analyzed by gray related degree method. The results showed : 1 ) WSP was increasing with the development of the fruits ; HP, TP and HC content was the highest during extend period, dropping from the yellow color period and then increasing in the maturation period. SDF, IDF, TDF, NDF and ADF content was increasing till the 100 days after anthesis, and then decreasing. The content of CEL and of Lignin was similar to pectin but quantity a little. 2) Content of CEL, Lignin, HC, pectin and ADF in three habitats was different significantly at 0. 05 levels. 3) both the annual relative humidity(RH) and the annual temperature were the key eco - factors which effected the content of CEL, HC, pectin and ADF probably, the important eco - factors could be the annual precipitation and the annual sun hours, Temperature monthly and ten days temperature were significant at the 0.05 level negatively; ADF and NDF was significant to sunny hours , percent of sun light , average temperature and relative humidity in monthly positively, and ten days values were significant at 0. 01 levels accordingly.[著者文摘]
