摘 要:
“湘棉-18”种子无菌发芽2-3d，将萌动种子茎端分生组织培养在Ms基本培养基上，直接再生成完整小植株，研究了光照、温度、pH值、活性炭、碳源、固化剂、外植体长度及取材时间对湘棉-18茎尖培养效果的影响，结果表明，强光有利于愈伤组织和体细胞发生，但不宜过强。最适培养温度为26℃-29℃，活性炭显著促进了茎尖成苗。[著者文摘]

Effects of Different Cultural Conditions on culturing of Xiangmian 18 cotton Stem Tip Tissue

Abstract:
＂ Xiangmian 18 cotton＂ sterile seed germination 2 -3 days. Germinating seeds will shoot apical meristem tissue culture in MS basic medium, straight complete small production plant. A preliminary study of light, temperature, pH, activated carbon, carbon, curing agent, explants length of time and materials for cotton - 18 effects of the shoot tip culture, in order to find out the most suitable combination of conditions. The results show that the bright light to callus and somatic cells, hut not too strong. The optimum temperature for 26 - 29 ℃, activated carbon significantly promoted the seedling shoot tip.[著者文摘]
