摘 要:
采用柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法(AccQ·Tag法)同时测定16种氨基酸,氨基酸浓度在2.5~20μmol/L时,其峰面积和氨基酸浓度的线性相关系数均在0.999以上,用此法测定了新疆地产4种特色果品中氨基酸的含量。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
16 amino acids were determined by RP- HPLC AccQ · Tag. When the concentration of amino acids were 2.5 - 20 μmol/L, the correlation coefficient between the peak area and the concentration of amino acid was above 0. 999. The satisfactory method applied to amino acids of fruits in Xinjiang and good results was obtained.[著者文摘]
