摘 要:
土地供需预测是编制土地利用总体规划的重要依据之一。它是根据人口增长以及国民经济和社会发展水平以及规划期内对土地开发利用的投入水平，合理确定通过土地开发整理复垦可增加的有效面积。本文结合偃师市未来人口变化趋势，具体计算出偃师市的土地供给潜力；并根据国民经济和社会发展“十一五”计划和远景目标纲要确定的各项经济指标，计算出一定时期全市各类土地需求总量，进而对偃师市土地利用的供需状况作出预测及分析。[著者文摘]

Based on population increase, national economy, society development of demand, input level of land use in programming period, reasonable certain pass land development sorting repeat assart addible validity area through. The text combinate yanshi shi future population variety trend, concrete calculation suppress yanshi shi of land supply potential.
