苎麻疫霉对甲霜灵的抗型与敏感(型)菌株生物学特性比较

摘  要:

进行Mt^r苎麻疫霉菌株及其野生亲本Mt^r菌株生物学特性对比研究,结果表明,Mt^r苎麻疫霉菌株对甲霜灵的抗性水平均较其亲本有极大的提高。对温度的适应范围没有改变,但Mt^r菌株在相同的温度情况下的生长速度明显低于野生Mt^r亲本菌株。Mt^r菌株的卵孢子的产生量也明显低于其亲本Mt^r菌株。研究结果说明抗性菌株在对甲霜灵产生抗药性的同时,对温度的适应能力及有性生殖能力有所下降。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

Biological characteristics of Mt^r mutants and parental Mt^s isolates of P. boehmeriae were studied, the results showed that resistance levels of Mtr mutants to metalaxyl were greatly increased than those of the parental isolates. There was no difference in the adaptation scope of temperature. The growth rates of Mtr isolates were obviously lower than those of the parental Mts wild isolates at the same temperature. The oospore production of Mtr isolates was obviously less than those of the parental Mts isolates. The results suggested that the adaptability of Mtr isolates to temperature was reduced and so did the sexual reproduction of Mtr isolates while they produced metalaxyl - resistance.[著者文摘]
