摘 要:
通过2个试验研究在母猪妊娠后期(103d)和哺乳期日粮中添加不同水平的鱼油对乳中脂肪酸和仔猪生长性能的影响。试验1和试验2分别选择20头妊娠后期(103d)健康长×大杂交经产母猪,随机分成2组,每组10头母猪,单栏饲养,仔猪21d断奶。试验1,在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中分别添加0或5%的鱼油。其结果显示:与对照组相比,添加5%鱼油①极显著的提高了乳中n.3PUFA的含量(P〈0.001),极显著的降低了乳中n.6PUFA的含量(P〈0.001);②显著提高了仔猪的育成率(P〈0.05),有提高仔猪21臼龄ADG的趋势(P〈0.10)。试验2,在基础日粮中分别添加7%猪油或7%鱼油。其结果显示:与添加7%的猪油相比,添加7%的鱼油①极显著的提高了乳中n-3PUFA的含量(P〈0.001),极显著的降低了乳中n-6PUFA的含量(P〈0.001);②显著降低初生重≤1200g较小仔猪的比例(P〈0.05),显著提高初生重≤1500g仔猪的育成率(P〈0.05),尤其是提高了初生重≤900g弱仔的育成率31%;③显著提高了仔猪21日龄ADG(P〈0.05),对仔猪21日龄均重有提高的趋势(P〈0.10)。试验1和试验2中,仔猪平均增重与乳中n-3PUFA的含量呈显著的正相关(P〈0.05),与n-6PUFA的含量呈显著的负相关(P〈0.05)。以上结果表明,在妊娠后期和哺乳期母猪日粮中添加不同水平的鱼油提高了乳中DHA、EPA和n.3PUFA的含量,有利于提高仔猪的育成率和生长性能。[著者文摘]

Effects of Feeding Sows Fish Oil on Fatty Acids in Milk and Growth Performance of Piglets

Abstract:
The effect on fatty acids in milk and growth performance of piglets was studied in sows fed during later gestation (103 d) and lactation diets with different fish oil levels in two trials. In two trials, twenty later gestation (103 d) of multiparous Landrace ×Large White sows were randomly allotted to two groups, each group was assigned to ten pens, one sow in each pen, piglets were weaned at 21 d of age. In trial 1, sows were provided ad libitum access to either corn-soybean meal (control group) diet or similar diet containing 5% fish oil. The results showed that dietary 5% fish oil significantly increased the content of n-3PUFA (P〈0. 001) and significantly decreased the content of n-6PUFA (P〈0. 001) in milk, respectively. Compared with the control group, dietary 5% fish oil significantly increased the percentage of weaning piglets (P〈0.05), and stimulated ADG of 21 d piglets (P〈0.10). In trial 2, sows fed the diet supplementation with 7% of either lard or fish oil. The results showed that dietary 7% fish oil significantly increased the content of n-3PUFA (P〈0.001) and significantly decreased the content of n-6PUFA (P〈0. 001) of milk. Compared with the lard group, dietary 7% fish oil significantly en- hanced ADG of 21 d piglets (P〈0.05), significantly decreased the percentage of piglets with initial body weight equal to or lesser than 1 200 g (P〈0.05), and significantly enhanced the percentage of weaning piglets with initial body weight equal to or lesser than 1 500 g (P〈0.05), especially increased the percentage of weaning piglets with initial body weight equal to or lesser than 900 g by 31%, and the average body weight of 21 d piglets was also stimulated by fish oil (P〈0.10). In two trials, the average gain of 21 d piglets were positively correlated with the content of n-3PUFA of milk, but were negatively correlated with the content of n-3PUFA in milk. It was concluded that diet supplementation with different fish oil levels during sows' later gestation and lactation enhanced the content of DHA, EPA and n-3PUFA of milk, which was benefited the growth of piglets.[著者文摘]
