The Review of Social Economy aims to promote interdisciplinary perspectives on economic behaviour, institutions and outcomes at both micro and systemic levels, and to strengthen the connections between economics and related disciplines in the social sciences and humanities, including philosophy, political science, and sociology. It seeks to provide a genuinely interdisciplinary forum for the discussion of such topics as the cognitive and normative influences on economic behaviour, institutions and outcomes; the embeddedness of economic action in social and political relations and structures; the influence of economic structures on social and political behaviour; and the principles of economic governance and organization and their relation with social and political factors. Theoretical and empirical inquiries, from a variety of methodological approaches, on the following topics are of particular interest:
