Global Focus
The Journal of Global Focus (JGF) is an open-access, peer-reviewed international journal published biannually in April and October. It investigates the evolving landscape of global politics, moving beyond state-centric perspectives. JGF's core focus lies in: Transnational actors and issues: Examining the influence of NGOs, multinational corporations, transnational crime, and global health on the international system. Alternative perspectives: Exploring the impact of grassroots movements, cultural diplomacy, indigenous perspectives, and global civil society on global affairs. Global-local dynamics: Analyzing the interplay between globalization and local realities, including its effects on economies, environmental policies, migration, and domestic political reforms.
