Child Indicators Research is an international, peer-reviewed bi-monthly that focuses on the presentation of empirical research and theoretical discussion of children’s well-being, with a particular focus on measurement and indicators of children's well-being, and their usage within multiple domains and in diverse cultures. The Journal provides a forum for interdisciplinary research on children’s well-being and welcomes both quantitative and qualitative research that advances knowledge on children’s well-being, how well-being can be conceptualised and measured and how knowledge about children’s well-being and child indicators can be used to improve the development and well-being of children. The Journal presents measures and data resources, analysis of the data, exploration of theoretical issues, and information about the status of children, as well as the implementation of this information in policy and practice.
