Mathematical and Computational Applications (MCA) (ISSN 2297-8747; ISSN 1300-686X for printed edition)  is devoted to original research in the field of engineering, natural sciences, or social sciences where mathematical and/or computational techniques are necessary for solving specific problems. MCA provides an advanced forum for studies related to applications of mathematical and/or computational techniques. It mainly publishes reviews, regular research papers, and short communications. The aim of MCA is to provide a medium through which a wide range of experiences can be exchanged among researchers from diverse fields such as engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, industrial, aeronautical, nuclear, etc.), natural sciences (physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology, etc.) or social sciences (administrative sciences, economics, political sciences, etc.). Papers may be theoretical, where mathematics is used in a nontrivial way, computational, or a combination of both. Each paper submitted will be reviewed, and only papers of the highest quality that contain original ideas and research will be published. The journal has no restrictions regarding the maximum length of papers. Authors are encouraged to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible so that the results may be reproduced. Manuscripts concerning new and innovative research proposals and ideas are particularly welcome; software, datasets, or instructive videos complementing the research may be uploaded as supplementary materials.
