The European Review of History is a forum for transnational conversation on Europe from the early modern to modern period. It is dedicated to nurturing a research landscape that engages with Europe as a geopolitical unit, a cultural construct, and a global presence. Questions of centre and periphery, minorities and rights, cohesion and inequality, movement and borders form the backbone of the journal's agenda, and we welcome submissions that explore connected, entangled or integrated histories of Europe or the significance of case studies for European history and historiography.
