This journal publishes original peer-reviewed articles, critical notices, and book reviews devoted to the study of the Platonic tradition, broadly conceived. We welcome contributions in all facets of Platonism, from diverse perspectives and orientations (philosophical, historical, literary, religious, etc.). Published under the auspices of the International Society for Neoplatonic Studies, a global organisation with members in Europe, Australasia, Africa, and the Americas, the journal supports and develops the society’s mission to promote excellent scholarship in the inception, reception, and continuing influence of Platonism to the 21st century. A grant from the Dutch Research Council (NWO) supported the publication of the journal in Open Access from 2012 to 2016.
