Russian Engineering Research is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles on mechanical and production engineering. The journal covers the development of different branches of mechanical engineering, new technologies, and tools for machine and materials design. The journal focuses on operations research and production-line layout, industrial robots and manipulators, quality control and process engineering, kinematic analysis of machine assemblies, and computerized integrated manufacturing systems. Russian Engineering Research publishes English translations of articles selected from Vestnik Mashinostroeniya and STIN and also accepts original manuscripts in English from all countries. These should be submitted to these two source journals. The source of each article is described at the article level on the title pages. The peer review policies are the same for all manuscripts. The selection of articles for Russian Engineering Research is made by the Editors-in-Chief of Vestnik Mashinostroeniya and STIN.
