Journal of Thai Studies (JTS) has a strong commitment to promote academic excellence in the field of Thai and Tai Studies. The journal aims to serve as a platform for scholars working in the field of Thai and Tai Studies and to encourage inspiring dialogue among scholars and academics. JTS includes scholarly investigations regarding the Tai ethnic groups in both Thailand and its neighboring countries, presenting research in relation to the aims and scope in this journal.
