IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics is a forum for the publication of research and technological advances relating to: (1) the generation, transmission, and detection of ultrasonic waves and related phenomena; (2) biomedical and industrial ultrasound, including fundamentals, technology and engineering methods; (3) piezoelectrics, including materials and devices such as transducers, resonators, crystal oscillators and sensors. Areas of interest range from fundamental studies to the design and/or applications of devices and systems.
