Tropical Medicine & International Health publishes on malaria, HIV, tuberculosis and neglected infectious diseases, water and sanitation, non-communicable diseases and public health. Generally our papers relate to low and middle-income settings. We are five editors based in different institutions across Europe and are able to handle a broad range of papers from genetics to clinical medicine to public health. We publish original papers, reviews and opinions. We particularly welcome critical and systematic reviews, short editorials and papers reporting the results from randomised trials; all of these are made freely accessible online for 90 days on acceptance. We welcome papers led by authors from low to middle-income countries.
