The Journal of Antitrust Enforcement provides a platform for leading scholarship public and private competition law enforcement, at both domestic and international levels. The journal covers a wide range of enforcement related topics, including the goals and values of competition law, the scope of the law (and interaction with other policy goals, including sustainability, equality, democracy and human rights), the optimal level of enforcement, the evolution of case law and theories of harm, the role of the judiciary in competition enforcement, and the interaction between law and regulation.
